Scope
ParkPrio is offered only to businesses, including sole traders and small businesses acting commercially. Consumers are excluded.
Contract and services
The contract is concluded by accepted offer, order confirmation or account activation. The agreed offer and package determine the binding scope; demos and roadmaps are illustrative.
Licence and setup
Use is limited to the customer’s own business. Bookings and parking spaces are not priced by quantity. Setup, migration and training are agreed individually.
Communication and AI
The customer is responsible for lawful recipients, consents and content. AI outputs must be checked and approved by the customer. Personal data is not used for general AI training; only anonymised data may be used.
Term and payment
The minimum term is 12 months. Monthly or annual billing may be selected; invoices are due immediately. Upgrades may take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the period.
Renewal and cancellation
After the minimum term the contract continues indefinitely and may be cancelled monthly. During the minimum term, notice is three months to its end. Cancellation is possible by email, portal or letter.
Availability and third parties
Appropriate availability is owed, without a fixed percentage unless separately agreed. ParkPrio is not responsible for external service failures or changes it did not cause.
Liability and suspension
Mandatory liability remains unaffected. For ordinary negligence involving essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss and generally to the net annual contract value. Access may be restricted after warning for payment default, abuse or security risks.
Data after termination
Customers have 90 days to export data after termination; it may then be deleted unless retention duties apply.
Law
German law applies. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
